Portugal’s second city was the desination for our latest shooting spree.

As one of the world’s top destinations for street food, Palermo was a tempting place for a summer visit. The food lived up to its reputation but it was the streets themselves that were a visual feast for our roving photographer.

Regular visits to Napoli to capture the city’s grit and character in images with which to adorn Rossopomodoro’s restaurant walls mean we’ve amassed a fairly extensive picture library.

And guess what? It was cold... cold enough to make the idea of whale watching from the deck of a wave-tossed trawler a tad less inviting than the warmth of Reykjavik‘s bars.
