Ham Holy Burger is a gourmet burger chain from Italy. On the back of our success with their stable-mate Rossopomodoro, we styled Ham’s first UK restaurant within the John Lewis Oxford Street store. 

A striking feature made from reclaimed oil drum lids and a variety of retro cooking utensils hanging over seating booths gives the restaurant a ‘rustic industrial’ feel. A decorative wall grid naturally ‘evolves’ with a growing assortment of bric a brac and low-key promotional messages. This complements the neon sculpture next to it while flashes of orange throughout unite the eclectic and seemingly random mix of elements – including the collection of kitsch bovine ornaments...
